ZERO G Eyewear, a new company launched by Tom Cody and Joe Dondero, specializes in titanium flat-sheet metal handmade in Japan. The company name, ZERO G, refers to zero gravity or weightlessness. Targeted to professionals 25 plus who are well educated and financially secure, the collection consists of 15 ophthalmic frames and sunglasses for both men and women in classic designs. All frames are crafted with a rich, diverse palette of colors and feature a distinctive embossed “four squares” branding design on the temples. The hinge mechanism is designed for ease of use and minimal risk of scratching. Both the nosepads and acetate temple tips are fully adjustable. Lenses are made of a polycarbonate/nylon mix and are backside AR coated.
